Who knew that my most used recipe in the Baltics would be . . . cinnamon rolls! The mission- aries love them because they're a touch of home, so I bake away, and love every minute of it. I decided to make rolls for Estonia's Zone Conference and wanted them to be fresh, but had to figure out how to get a kitchen to use. I called the sister missionaries in Tallinn and asked if they would like cinnamon roll lessons, and did they have any investigators who might like to learn too. They are teaching an American girl who, as it turns out, was thrilled at the prospect, so we met at the sister's apartment and mixed, kneaded and laughed our way through 5 dozen cinnamon rolls. While the dough was raising, we taught our investigator a lesson on the Word of Wisdom. It was a great afternoon, and the missionaries had cinnamon rolls for Zone Conference brunch the next day - A winner for everyone.
