Fly Baby

We went with a few of the Latvian Imanta Elders to visit President Graholskis, at his business, which is building small planes for private individuals. He has a fairly large hangar where he works in the winter. It was bitter cold in there, but I forgot how cold I was when I saw some examples of his work. He builds large toys for "big boys" to play with. He had ultra lights, biplanes, and a few other odd looking flying machines. Then he took us over to the large hanger where people had stored their small aircraft for the winter. Again, there were several different types of flying machines there, from ultra-lights to small amphibious planes. I was surprised at how interesting it all was to me, considering how much I LOVE to fly . . . .
