Christmas party

We had a Senior Couple Christmas party on December 5. Everyone came to dinner at the mission home, and then it was on to the ballet at the National Theater to see The Nutcracker. The Theater is spectacularly oppulent - gold leafing everywhere. It performance was excellent; even the few among us who had a problem with men in white tights had to admit that the ballet was beautifully done. After the ballet, we went to the Hunter's home and had dessert and a goofy gift exchange. It was great to get together, relax, and enjoy the spirit of the season. Missions do have their lighter moments!
